@amistre64

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you should be able to pull off a slope, and a point to develop a line with.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

other line forms ... you can develop Ax + By = C with the xy intercepts as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The equation for a line is y=mx+b M is the slope b is the Y intercept

OpenStudy (amistre64):

there are many formats for the equation of a line, y = mx+b is sufficient

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you want the answer choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i only saw one choice lol

OpenStudy (amistre64):

these are simple enough options that you can actually type them up on here instead of expecting us to go chasing after them ....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7x - 4y = 28

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7 x - 4y =-28

OpenStudy (amistre64):

use the intercepts as test values to work the options

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4x + 7y = 28

OpenStudy (amistre64):

when x=0, y=-4 when y=0, x=7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4x + 7y = -28

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-7 + 4 = 28?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

-7x + 4y = 28 if thats your pick, lets test it out 0 -4 ------------ -16 = 28 is not going to fit

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4x 7y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

=-28

OpenStudy (amistre64):

that one looks more promising yes :)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

-4x + 7y = -28 0 -4 -------------- -28 = -28 -4x + 7y = -28 7 0 -------------- -28 = -28

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That was the only choice i was able to seee lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you i have another but ill open another
