Which has a greater mass, a kilogram of feathers or a kilogram of iron? Which has a greater density? Explain.

Obviously, these two have the same weight, and thye will definitely have the same mass, but the volume of the feathers is a lot more than the lead. I don't remember why it would be, I think it is because feathers are lighter than lead. >v<
