I think B because you have to figure out the amount that can fit in the milk container

yup, the amount of chips in bag is irrelivant because you only get a certain amount, i.e., if it said 64oz of chips that would have been correct too, but since each chip varies that is inccorect.

also the bathtub varies as well, multiple sizes and such.
