find the limit of lim x->infinity x^3-2x+1/4x^3+2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you put into ( ) what is the denominator and what is the numerator?

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

divide everything by x^3, this way the lim of anything over infinity is 0 lim = 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x^3-2x+1)/(4x^3+2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you ^_^

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

yw :) hope that made sense, always divide every term by the highest exponent
