It is, but it's from my spanish homework. Basically it's about Central and South America and how it's influenced the U.S culture wise.

There's a huge population of Mexicans around america. Now there's American Mexicans which are called Tex-mex. Their style, sports, beauty standards, clothing, appearance and even accident have all influenced american Culture. But the main Influence is food. Don't Mexicans love spicy? Now all over America, you'll hear about Qasadias, tortillas, tacos, beef fajitas etc... You'll found many Mexican restaurants around America.
