It seems that for the first one (Parte V), it wants the formal and plural command. So the command would be to "Ustedes". For the second one (Parte VI), it wants the negative plural command. That would also be to "ustedes", but instead of telling that person in Spanish to do something, you are telling them NOT to do something. c:
