The disk shaped things are red blood cells and the other one is a neuron in the brain. Do YOU think neurons would be easy to move through your veins and capillaries? Do red blood cells move for a reason? Do you think they would be more effective at much of anything? Yeah, no. SO I would chose A, Because our bodies work like wonderfully perfect machines, and any changes would disrupt the smooth flow of things.
