What happens to the surface area of a rectangular prism when each of the dimensions is doubled? (1 point) 1. It doubles. 2. It quadruples. 3. It is six times greater. 4. It is halved. im thinking 1, or 3 but mostly 3, judging by what my friends guess, was i dont think it was right,

if dimensions x,y are doubled to 2x,2y new area = 2x*2y = 4xy 4 times bigger
