it is not mandetory to collect solar energy..  if any country does not have enough sunny days they will not collect solar energy.. they will produce another kind of energy..

Hai Sweet Friend, @atabaev WeLcoMe to OpeN stuDy.. !! << For those certain areas of the world, obtaining sun rays at peak times of the season based on the period, is not as bad as you might fear. Every photon of visible light that makes it through your window—even if coming from a drab gray cloud—deposits the same amount of heat no mater how convoluted its path from the Sun.
