Given and c is a real number, what is the multiplicative inverse of 4c + 5?

Multiplicative inverse gives 1 when multiplied. E.g., M.I. of 5 is 1/5, since 5(1/5)=1 So what would you multiply with 4c+5, to get a result of 1?
