A better question would be: What are the similarities... They're both birds and can fly.. rest is different xD

one is obviously blue. Blue jays are moreso a singing type of bird. and live in moreso thick forests and suburbs, while pelicans tend to live closer to saltwater areas and tend to scavenge for food such as that of thrown down by humans.
