Please skip the "giving medal" part, OK? To answer Part !, all you need to do is to add together these three quantities: Side 1: 8x2 - 5x - 2 Side 2: 7x - x2 + 3 Triangle: 4x3 - 3x2 + 2x - 6 Combine like terms (that is, combine all x terms, all x^2 terms, and so on).
