Okay.

 A) Isnt correct because this had happened previously.

B) Germany had declared war between Russia, France and Belgium a day before the invasion.

C)Britian declared war on Germany on the 4th later after the invasion making it the correct answer.

D) Germany had only requested entrance into Luxembourg
