Your boss has asked you to set up training for him to describe what email can do and its purpose in the office. He also wants you to identify two common problems that can occur with widespread use of email so that Mr. McMillian does understand that there are some problems associated with email. Come on, I'm not going to do this for you. I will, however, tell a related story about voice mail, which is maybe more recent than email.

A co-worker in engineering had as his voice mail greeting something along the lines of "Hi. Voice mail is not the best way to reach me — I prefer email. If you don't have email, that's okay — I'll wait." :-)
