A fitness center employee wants to know how his members would feel about a rate hike to remodel the pool area. Which sampling method will result in a sample that is not biased? The employee talks to every third member who enters the pool area in a given time period. The employee puts questionnaires in the pool area for members to fill out and drop into a secure box. The employee lists the names of all the members and calls every 15th member on the list.

I think the answer is A but could it be C?

I think it is C because A and B only question people who actually go to the pool. But I don t really know too much about this.
