Remember in the previous question we said if the dot product of two vectors is zero then the vectors are orthogonal (that is, perpendicular to each other). Do the dot product of (1,5) with each of the choices and see which all results in 0. To do dot product (as seen in the previous question), (x1, y1) dot (x2, y2) = x1x2 + y1y2
