The concetration of disolved minerals is higher inside a cell than outside the cell. the concentraction of water inside the cell is lower than it is outside. Dissolved minerals cannot pass through the cell membrane. What will happen to the concentrations of water and dissolved minerals?

Osmosis happen. Water can pass cell membrane and transfer to that direction where concentration of salt is higher.

The concentration of dissolved mineral is more in inside than out side because water will move into the cell through diffusion.
