distance = speed x time integrating the varying speed gives u distance travelled
distance travelled using left endpoints : 2(100 + 80 + 50 + 25 + 10) distance travelled using right endpoints : 2(80 + 50 + 25 + 10 + 0)
compute them, for partb, you can make a decision based on above result
how'd you get 2 to multiply with the sum of the left/right points? @ganeshie8

actually i didnt show one step
distance travelled using left endpoints : 2*100 + 2*80 + 2*50 + 2*25 + 2*10
(time interval) x (speed recorded for that interval)
add up all the distances, to get the total distances
