This is a right-angled triangle, so the hypotenuse, call it 'h' is related to the lengths of the other two sides by the equation,$$12^{2} + 5^{2} = h ^{2}$$

Therefore $$h = 13$$

Then $$\sin x ^{0} = \frac{ 5 }{ 13 }$$
and $$\cos y ^{0} = \frac{ 5 }{ 13 }$$

They're the same (as they must be in every right triangle).
