1st Paragraph, tell him why you are writing. "I got a letter from ABC school saying..."
2nd Paragraph tell him how to improve himself to solve the problem that the letter mentioned
3rd Paragraph talk about why he shouldn't hang around bad people/study harder\
4th Paragraph give him some encouragement while closing off the letter. " I am hoping you grow to be a great guy or something along those lines"
