please help i will fan everyone What is bias and how does it impact the way people interpret events from the past?

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

A bias is someone who favors one thing other than being fair. This impacts the way people interpret the past in many ways. One for example, is segregation. Some might feel like segregation was a good thing and some might feel like it was a bad thing. This shows bias because the person could possibly be racist and just decided to choose segregation as a good thing without listening to the reasoning behind segregation being a bad thing....

Did that help?
