No.  The OpenCourseWare (OCW) sites are generally just free access to actual class materials.  Most OCW sites don't even have logins.  You just have a bunch of things from assignments, to videos, and so on that are available.  This is different from a MOOC, where there is structure to how it is presented as a class.  The OCW lets you go at your pace and use other resources, like OpenStudy, to fill in the gaps. A MOOC uses other things to drive it along.
