A figure has vertices Q, R, S, T. Side QR is parallel to ST, and side QT is parallel to RS. angle Q is 113 degrees. What is the name of this polygon.

This is most likely a parallelogram because a parallelogram. You know that it is a quadrilateral as it has four points meaning that it will have three sides, and it has to be some kind of parallelogram since there is a pair of parallel lines. It doesn't seem like you can further classify this parallelogram since there is a 113 degree angle, therefore it must be just a parallelogram.
