I understand how to plug in the numbers in the correct spots and how they correspond with a, h and k... I just don't understand what they want me to actually do lol. How do you write a quadratic function? First time I've done a problem like this.

Haha thanks. It seemed almost too good to be true (that all I had to do was just plug in), just wanted to double check and make sure. So don't SOLVE, just plug in?
