well if you dont have a calculator at hand you can put it into slope/intercept form. which is y=mx+b. So you subtract 7x to isolate -2y and then you divide the 2 on the 2y because y needs to be alone. and when you get the equation you can graph because the number in the "b" spot would be where the y-intercept is and then you use the slope which is m and you just count the spaces and graph

or you could make a xy chart. which is plugging in a random number into the x spot then solving for y to get why, that way you will get the different points
