2x+7y=-1 4x-2y=-19 Pretty sure I'm solving this wrong. Trying elimination I get -4x-14y=2 4x-2y=-19, then y=17/16. plugging that in to an original problem to get x, I get 2x+119/16=-1 Pretty much stopping there because it seems wrong to me.
