For a circle, the formula for area is: \[A=\pi r^{2}\] we get our answer by substituting known values: \[A=\pi (5.29cm)^{2}\]\[A=\pi 27.9841cm^{2}\] \[A=87.91 cm^{2}\]

Sorry, "round to the nearest tenth". So it should be 87.9
