Such type of reproduction is called hermaphroditism. In this case one animal plays the role of male and female in a same time and is able to produce male and female gametes. This sort of animals is called hermaphrodites. Many protozoa, some coelenterates, flatworms, earthworms, crustaceans and mollusks and even certain fish and reptile species refer to this group :D
