No i want to know like ...what she means by "issues of agency" and "degree of agency in the household"...the words are too big for me to really understand what she means and i feel kinda like a bimbo now /.\

"Degree of agency in the household" means that the amount of service (things) done in a house or particularly in a persons' home, with the people living in the home having a role or task to complete.

And I think "Issues of agency" means having issues within the family or the family having a hard time completing whatever task set to do by Mary Poppins.
