a clock is 360 degrees from 1 to 2 is 30 degrees, 2 to 3 is 30 degrees and so on, so which would be the answer?

It can't be 90 degress because drawing the picture it doesnt form a right angle

just go look at a normal clock XD that one will be even, and count 30 degrees from each number to the next
