what is www.inquus.org?!?! is it the same website, or someone stealing it?

"Inquus is the name of the organisation that runs OpenStudy.com. Earlier, in its beta version(s), the name of the site was Inquus. But then came the new version and Inquus.org was basically combined with OS."

okay, just concerned... i didn't know... I've seen it before and never knew, was curious and wanted to get some attention if someone was stealing the site.
