For E coli|dw:1397221934709:dw| I know yeast ferments glucose to ethanol first, then when that supply is exhausted it uses the ethanol. My question is: Does yeast show a preference for glucose over lactose, or would it use both without preference and show a regular growth curve?|dw:1397222197322:dw|
