I agree with @Destinymasha that the answer is D. It isn't C because you have to take responsibility for your actions before you know to correct them.

Its D because C doesn't make sense that after you correct a bad decision you usually either make better decisions because you feel confident with yourself and A is also correct because some decisions can be really hard. For example: Your best turns out to be bulling everyone so that would be a very difficult decision to leave her/him because of his actions because you would not want to hurt his feelings, so D is correct
