so what u do to the top u do with the bottom, so for a if u multiply 10 to get 30 by 3, u multiply 3 by 3 and u get nine! therefore 9/30

Well...you can either change them all to decimals or you can make it where they have the same denominator and see which one is bigger. The correct answer is three-tenths, six-fifteenths, eight-fifteenths, seven-tenths 0.3 < 0.4 < 0.53 < 0.7 Hope this helps.
