Alright. Lets get this straight. There are more than 3 or 4 types of exercising. Using a pedometer during mile run. You're doing a mile run, which helps with cardiovascular endurance. That isn't muscular endurance, so cross that off. Using a ruler to measure sit and reach results. If you feel the tension or pain in your legs and back, that's flexibility, so this is not the right one either. Using a scale to measure body weight. I do not think this is even a type of exercise. You're just measuring your BMI and weight when you do this kind of thing. I'd say it's "Using stop watch to count number of pullups." I think it is this one because, everyone's body is different. Some guy might be able to do 30 pull ups in a minute. Some other guy might be able to do 12 in a minute. A girl might be able to do 20 pull ups in a minute. Its how many pull ups you can do within a certain time and how many you can take. You can lift 30 pounds for 20 seconds. You can life 40 pounts for 10 seconds. You can lift 20 pounds for 40 seconds.
