cot^2x + 3cscx=-3, all real numbers

OpenStudy (primeralph):

Okay.

Miracrown (miracrown):

solve for x, right?

Miracrown (miracrown):

if so, to solve a trig equation, we should try to rewrite all trig functions into the same trig function, for this problem we can rewrite cot and csc into sin or cos first, any idea how to do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think so its solving trig equations over the given intervals im just not sure if i did it correct, well i used pythag,id cot^2x=csc^2x
