i downloaded a course but when i click on the start file to open it i get the following message:file:///C:/Users/Guest/AppData/Local/Temp/Temp1_18-03sc-fall-2011.zip/18-03sc-fall-2011/contents/index.htm

It was placed in the temporary files and depending on when you downloaded it and your file settings, it may have been deleted already as well as being in a zip folder which you may not have the compatible software to open it with.
