can some one help meplssssssss if you are writing an essay in favor of banning smoking in restaurants, which is a counterargument you might anticipate? Allowing smoking in restaurants violates my right to a healthy eating environment. Smoking sections do not protect patrons from seconhand smoke. Government should not control people's personal habits.
