Here use this... https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/02/ you should put authors name and in alphabetical order, at the start.

easybib.com is a great resource for citations. I use it to check my MLA formatting, so it might help you out some too.

Why don't you just use the link I sent you, it shows EXACTLY how it is, and you can compare with it, put some effort into it!
