Which is a characteristic of a physical change? The chemical bonds in the substance are unchanged. The change cannot be seen. The molecules all move at the same speed. The substance has reacted with another substance.

OpenStudy (destinymasha):

The difference between a chemical and physical change is this : In a physical change, only the state matter is changed ( liquid to gas, gas to liquid, solid to gas, solid to liquid) In a chemical change, a whole new product is formed ( lighting a fire) So, in a physical change -->the chemical compounds are untouched. Remember, only the state of matter changes , or colors and etc.

So, basically, what @Destinymasha , my tangerine bear, is saying, is that pnly physical properties change in a physical change. Physical properties include... -absorption -boiling point -capacitance -color -concentration -density -ductility -distribution -electric charge -electrical conductivity -flexibility -fluidity -frequency -inductance -length -melting point permittivity reflectivity strength temperature

OpenStudy (destinymasha):

Exactly, at least you explained it a bit more :) -Fank ya :3

OpenStudy (kewlgeek555):

You're welcome Queen of the Tangerines. ;)

OpenStudy (destinymasha):
