Hrm...Well, I think I see what we oughta do. Looking at the diagram, it might be best if we start from line OQ and begin our rotation in a counterclockwise direction. We'd have to count 10 thirty-degree-segments backwards, because 30*10 makes up 300 degrees. When we finish counting the ten segments backwards, we find that we've done a complete 300 degree rotation. The segment we now lie on is OF, which is D. I hope I helped! Tell me if I'm right! ^_^
