Describe how blood flows through the heart.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I assume mammal hearts yes? After all, some animals only have 2 or 3 chambers. Anyway, in humans we have four chambers, it flows from one to the next with oxygenated blood coming into the heart from the lungs, and out into the body. Basically: right atrium to right ventricle to lungs, lungs to left atrium to left ventricle to aorta. And from there to the body.

OpenStudy (elizabeths):

Thank you very much Mr. Doldum !
