How to find the value of x ?

if \[(5+ 2\sqrt{6})^{x ^{2}-3} + (5- 2\sqrt{6})^{x ^{2}-3} =10 \] =10 then x is equal to?

I am totally lost, have done this for an hour can't solve it :(

just to clarify that's x^2 -3 in the exponent
