Well its not B because pesticide is used to kill plants, so the number of the plants would diminish rather than overpopulate.

I'm not sure which one it is because all the other actions would cause overpopulation.. but I think it is A because the new plant species would kill off other plants and populate the area.. so it is most likely A, but I'm not 100% sure.

its A because it would grow to where you couldnt stop it very easly.

D removes a predator so that looks like the best answer.
