Have you considered evaluating f(x) at x = -1, 0, 1, 3, 4, and 5 so that you will know? Have you considered solving f(x) = 0 with the Quadratic Formula and finding the exact values?

You don't even care if you THINK you got it right. You should care about the results you obtained and if you interpreted these results effectively. What did you get when you evaluated the function at those points? What did you get when you applied the Quadratic Formula?
