Hm, can you be a little more specific? It is not really uncommon to organize protests through social medias, such as they just had a Cuban controversy regarding protests and twitter. All over the Middle-East they use social media to start protests, or organize groups. The U.S.A also has had many protests with protests started on social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
