These triangles are congruent; which means that they have identical shape and size. What can be said for these triangles is that they aren't equilateral triangles. This means that that all the angles in the two aren't the same. So therefore FDE cannot equal FGH. Looking at these triangles, it can also be said that they are indeed isosceles. This means that the bottom two angles of both triangles are equal to each other. This means that EFD=GHF. And because they are isosceles, the top two angles also have to be the same in both triangles. So therefore; FED=HGF.

You can do it by SAS because this shape is a parallelogram and the two sides can be seen as equal and the side in the middle is also the same. Also the angles are the same so therefore SAS is satisfied.
