If the measures of the acute angles of a right triangle are 3x + 4 degrees and 4x + 2 degrees, what are the measures of all three angles of the right triangle?

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

In order to have a right triangle you need an angle that's \(90^○\). The remaining will also be \(90^○\). So set what you have equal to that like.. \((3x+4)+(4x+2)=90\) and solve for x.
