alright so were are looking for the line y=-3x+1 which has a negative slope of 3 and has a y intercept of 1. The question depicts that the graph is greater than or equal to so the shading should be above that line. It may be helpful to draw this out. The second line is \[\frac{ 1 }{ 2x}+3\] so tis will have a positive slope of 1/2 and an intercept of 1/3 but you said it is less than or greater than so I'm going to assume you meant less than or equal to. draw these two out and shade them in and we get the answer of graph 2
