Omg, I don't know if I'm going to make this complicated or not. But, you should use the distance formula to find the length of each line between all the points. Then, sum up all those distances to get the perimeter.
Like, find the distance btwn Points Q and R, between R and S, etc.
\[distance = \sqrt{(X2-X1)^{2} + (Y2-Y1)^{2}}\]
